Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@fortreks.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after your return is approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please let us know in your return request so we can reserve the replacement for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — at no extra cost to you.
