At Fortreks, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligibility for a Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How Refunds Are Processed

  1. Contact us at support@fortreks.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if needed.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs.
