Eligibility for a Refund
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How Refunds Are Processed
- Contact us at support@fortreks.com with your order number and the reason for your request.
- We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if needed.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift Cards
- Items marked as final sale
- Products that have been used or damaged by the customer
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs.
